ABOUT ME 

My name is Michelle, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist

I began my personal training career at Gold’s Gym in Anaheim where I trained individuals and groups. I left Gold’s to focus on school, but I missed helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Now, I currently train privately out of Huntington Beach, CA and offer online training programs as well.

My programming focuses on building a stronger you physically through strength training and conditioning and mentally through self-empowerment and self-care. You’ll have those days you missed a workout, or ate crappy, but building habits takes time and patience and I am here for you. My programming is phased but is tailored to my clients unique and individual goals.
