2-3 Person Personal Training

Have a significant other, best friend, or coworker you want to get in shape with? In this two/three-to-one personal training, I’ll create and modify workouts for each to reach their individual goals

 

Individual Programming

If you want to get straight to the point, and just want the workouts and no check-ins, no problem! I’ll design your program based on your goals.

Online Coaching

Whether you’re looking for one-on-one Virtual Coaching or Home-Based Workouts to do on your own with check-ins with a trainer, I can design an online program just for you

Michelle is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work which helps her take a mind and body approach to your health goals. Michelle focuses on building your strength and metabolism and uses techniques to create awareness and changes in exercise, diet, and lifestyle that will last and help you keep it fit for life.
